Shipping and Delivery

Products will be shipped to an address designated by you, if applicable, so long as such address is complete and complies with the shipping restrictions contained on the DeegyDrop Sites. All transactions are made pursuant to a shipping contract, and, as a result, risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.

Delivery of Products purchased from the DeegyDrop Sites to addresses outside the United States is limited. Some Products also have restricted delivery within the United States. Some Products may be available for pick up at physical DeegyDrop store locations. Estimated delivery times are determined based on the method of shipping chosen when Products are purchased and the destination of the Products.

DeegyDrop Return Policy

Most unopened items sold by DeegyDrop in new condition and returned within 15 days will receive a refund or exchange. Some items sold by DeegyDrop have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, packing slip, DeegyDrop policy board (refund exceptions), deegydrop.com or in the item department. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

DeegyDrop Plus™️ Partner’s Return Policy

Most unopened items sold by a DeegyDrop Plus Partner in new condition and returned within 15 days will receive a refund. All items sold by Partners must be returned to DeegyDrop, either in store or by mail. Some items sold by a DeegyDrop Plus Partner have a modified return policy noted on the receipt or on deegydrop.com. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund.
